As the year comes to an end, we're wrapping up December with a fresh set of updates and improvements. This release focuses on polishing key features, strengthening security, and improving everyday workflows.

Merchant portal set of features
◦ Logo of Merchant Portal
You may upload and configure a PSP logo to be displayed consistently across the Merchant portal for a unified brand experience.
◦ Branded Checkout link in preview
You can display a branded link in the Checkout preview to set up and test the processing URL directly from the Merchant portal configurator. This helps ensure accurate branding and proper Checkout configuration.
◦ The list of Payment Requests
Merchants are allowed to view a comprehensive list of their Payment Requests, with options to filter, sort by creation time, and distinguish between live and test requests. This makes tracking and managing Payment Requests more efficient.
◦ Hosted fields
Merchants can set up Hosted fields directly from the Dashboard, allowing them to generate and rotate keys as needed. The setup also includes configuring an iFrame domain whitelist to securely use Hosted fields on their site.
◦ Customer Payments
Merchants are allowed to view all payments made by a Customer in the Payments tab, which displays a grid with key details including Payment ID, Amount, Currency, Status, and Creation date.
◦ Customer Lists
Merchants can now manage Customers within Lists via the Lists tab, where each Customer is displayed by ID and reference ID.
Merchant portal: Manual Payment Request
◦ Payment Request block
The block enables manually creating Payment Requests directly from the Transactions grid using the Create Payment button.
◦ Details block
Merchants can configure Payment Request details, including product-specific information, when creating a Payment Request. This provides a clearer context and improves tracking for each request.
◦ Customer block
Merchants are allowed to configure the Customer for a Manual Payment Request using the Customer block. They can create a Payment Request without a Customer, attach it to an existing Customer via searchable selection, or create a new Customer directly from the provided fields.
◦ Flow options block
The block allows Merchants to configure Payment Request workflows and Processing options via the Flow options, selecting a workflow (Direct or Verify), setting expiration time, and enabling tokenisation.
◦ Metadata block
Merchants can now configure Metadata for manually created Payment Requests using the new Metadata block. By default, key–value fields are displayed, with the option to add additional keys as needed.
Dashboard & Merchant portal
◦ Turn off 2FA
You can disable 2FA for Merchant users, helping restore account access when Two-factor authentication prevents login. This action allows users to regain access and reconfigure their security settings if needed.
◦ Reset password
You are allowed to reset passwords for Merchant users, immediately revoking access tied to the existing password. This allows users to securely set a new password and regain access to their account.
Other features
◦ Payout Request Overview
The Payout Request details view is now available, allowing you to open a Payout Request and review all related information. This makes managing and tracking the Payout Request more straightforward.
◦ Payout Commit Overview
You can now view Payout Commit details and open a specific Commit to manage all related information in one place. This improves visibility and control over Payout Commit processing.
◦ Payout method block for Overview of Merchant account
The option allows you to view Payout method usage on a Merchant account via the Payout methods block on the Overview page.
◦ Management Payout methods of Merchant account
The feature enables managing available Payout methods per Payment scheme directly from the Merchant account, with the ability to turn Methods on or off. The grid displays both Live and Test methods for easy management.
◦ Hide Optional fields for Checkout Fields Settings
The option allows control over the visibility of Optional fields at Checkout via the Hide Optional fields setting in the Fields settings drawer.
Major Improvements
◦ Change logic for "Another amount or method" button
The Another amount or method button now dynamically updates its label based on the Checkout flow: it shows Another amount or method for Editable and Insufficient amount flows, and Select another method for strict flows.
📚Docs
◦ Updated Documentation structure
The Documentation structure was updated for a better user experience and a clear differentiation of the main chapters and features.
◦ Payment articles → adjusted
The Payment articles were updated to adequately cover the Payout flows and the correlation between Payments and Payouts on our platform.
◦ Dashboard screens → linked to Documentation
Each Dashboard screen now includes the info-drawer with direct links to articles that should enhance the user journey.
