Merchant portal set of features
◦ Customer Profile information settings
The Profile information settings allow updating Customer details and metadata, featuring sections for reference ID, creation date, and all Customer-specific fields. An Edit information button opens the Add fields modal, enabling easy addition or modification of Customer data.
◦ Customer Profile metadata
The Profile Metadata allows managing customer metadata directly from the Metadata block in the Customer Profile, with full support for creating, reading, updating, and deleting entries. The Edit Metadata button opens the Add Metadata modal, where key-value pairs can be added or updated and saved to the Customer Profile.
◦ Method settings
The Method settings enable Merchant Members to adjust Checkout behaviour, including marking Apple Pay and Google Pay as Express methods, hiding Unsupported flows, and Auto-enabling new methods. The Method settings modal also includes a Flow action target setting, allowing ACS to open either in the same tab (Self) or a new tab (Blank).
◦ Payment methods management
The Methods management functionality in the Methods tab lets you manage Payment method visibility at Checkout, showing, hiding, and reordering available Methods. Each Method includes a toggle to quickly turn it ON or OFF for display at Checkout.
The same management logic is applied to Payout methods, influencing the API that is being used.
◦ Payout methods management
The Payout methods management functionality enables managing available Payout methods on the Payout methods page and viewing Live and Test methods with all defined details.
◦ List items
The List items feature enables reviewing all List items in a dedicated grid, displaying value, source, creation date, and optional expiry date. The List also supports importing and exporting, and shows an empty state when no items are available.
◦ Create List item
The Create List item feature lets you add new List items through the Add New item modal, where you can set a required value and an optional expiry date or comment. The Add item button instantly saves the new entry to the List.
◦ Import items
The Import items functionality enables adding List items via the Import items modal, which supports uploading CSV files to automatically populate the List. An Example file is also available for download to guide correct formatting.
◦ Update item
The Update item feature lets you update List items in the Item overview modal, where you can edit the value, expiry date, and comments. Changes can be saved directly to the grid for streamlined item management.
◦ Get Organisation list
The Organisation list allows you to access all available Lists for your Organisation under the Lists tab in the Administration section, and to sort, filter, and search items by name or category. Lists display key details and can be organised by specific categories.
◦ List of Customers
The List functionality for Customers allows viewing and managing Customer records through a dedicated grid that displays key details such as name, email, reference ID, avatar, and creation date. The grid also supports filtering, searching, and sorting to make navigation and control easier.
◦ User account security: Change Password
The Change Password option enables updating an account Password on the Security page within User settings, entering current and new Passwords to enhance security. If 2FA is enabled, a validation modal appears to confirm the change.
◦ User account sessions
The User sessions feature helps manage all active sessions on the Sessions page in Account settings, allowing you to view details such as device, OS, browser, IP address, location, and session times.
◦ Security: 2FA
The 2FA option allows you to manage Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on the Security page, with options to enable, disable, or regenerate Recovery codes.
◦ Manage Organisations
The Manage Organisations set of features allows you to track the Organisations on the corresponding page, where you can accept or decline invites, leave Organisations, or create a new Organisation.
Other features
◦ Triggers for Payout method
The Triggers for Payout methods streamline configuration of specific Triggers under the Triggers tab, defining Rules and corresponding Actions to control the Method's behaviour.
Major Improvements
◦ External link for Provider account on the Routing scheme
You can now quickly access Provider accounts directly from the Routing scheme via a new external link in the popover icon. Clicking the icon opens the current Provider account page in a new tab, available on both Payment and Payout methods.
◦ Grid search for page Provider accounts
A new local search has been added to Provider grids, allowing users to quickly find Providers by name within the currently loaded entities.
◦ Firewall operator default value → changed to AND
The default operator for Firewall rules on Payment Provider entities has been changed from OR to AND, aligning with typical condition logic and existing Firewall module settings.
