August, 2026
Even though Autumn is around the corner, we still have time to talk about summer news. New Features
◦ Country select at Checkout
Customers can now view and change the detected country when opening Checkout, and the available Payment methods update automatically based on the selected country. The Use current location option allows Customers to return to the country initially detected.
◦ Search methods on Checkout by IBAN
Checkout now supports IBAN-based search when 10+ Payment methods are available, and at least one method uses the Open Banking flow, with the search placeholder updated to Search by name or by IBAN. The feature validates IBANs on the frontend and sends valid IBANs to the backend to identify the corresponding Payment method, including handling cases where no matching Method or bank is found.
◦ Routing & Cascading search
The Routing & Cascading page now includes a dedicated search functionality that allows users to quickly find specific elements across Payment schemes, including Sections, Rules, Conditions, Routes, and Actions. The search automatically navigates to and highlights matching elements on the canvas and supports sequential navigation through multiple results.
Major Improvements
◦ Set Local by Browser Language
◦ Set Local by Browser Language
The Checkout language is now automatically selected based on the Customer’s browser language when a corresponding translation is available. For example, Ukrainian and English browsers display the Checkout in Ukrainian and English respectively, while unsupported languages fall back to an available language.
◦ Adding a country for OB methods
Open Banking payment methods available in multiple countries can now include the country name in their display name, making it easier for Customers to distinguish country-specific options when searching for or selecting a bank at Checkout.
◦ Payment/Payout Transaction context for Logs tab
The Transaction logs experience has been improved to preserve the correct context when switching to the Logs tab. Users are now returned to the relevant Payment Request, rather than losing the Transaction context.
◦ Added time for the column for creating a Payment Request (Dashboard + Merchant portal)
The Created column has been added to the Payment Requests grid in both the Dashboard and Merchant portal, allowing users to identify when each Payment Request was created.
◦ Changed default configuration for creating Payment Request (Dashboard + Merchant Portal)
The default Processing settings on the Payment Request creation form in the Dashboard and Merchant portal were updated. The default values for Commits and Transactions are now set to 5 each instead of 1.
◦ Added ‘payload’ for Data Pipelines on Payment Transaction scheme
The Payment Transaction scheme table now includes the Payload attribute and its parameters, providing a complete reference for the data included in the payload.
◦ Relative time for Logs
The Logs now display relative time across the grid and details view, automatically adapting from seconds to minutes, hours, days, months, and years based on the elapsed time.
◦ Successful Export Email
Users now receive an email notification when their payment Export is ready, including the Export file name, selected period, and export date. The email also provides a Download CSV button for quick access to the generated file.
