Being the valued representatives of our target audience, Merchants have the possibility to work with our system using Merchant accounts. Each Merchant account explicitly represents a defined Business case. Thus, you can create one or multiple accounts adapted to your needs and aligned with your requirements.
What is Merchant account?
Merchant account is an entity in our system that serves to cover the operations related to a specific business unit of a Merchant. You can create one or several Merchant accounts under one Organisation. Consequently, you can receive and manage payments from Customers, make payouts, link Checkouts, etc.
One Merchant account can be linked to multiple Checkouts. Therefore, it is possible to make the integrations via APIs and Webhooks.

You need to create a Merchant account to start processing transactions for your Business unit and tracking related operations.
Brand identity is an inherent component of the business recognition process. Consistent and well-executed branding builds trust with Customers. As a result, we propose you add your branding to the Merchant account that you already created within our system. With just a few clicks, you will enable your Customers to understand what the business stands in front of them and influence their purchasing decisions.
The Payment scheme participates in the payment process and includes smart Routing options to ensure a smooth experience for all parties involved in the payment flow. You can use the Merchant account settings to review the Payment scheme attached to it or change it to another one.
You can explore and configure the available Payment methods within your Merchant account. It allows you to select the most relevant payment options for your business model and establish a customer-centric approach.
Our system enables you to build a Checkout and tailor its settings to suit your business needs. The main settings include defining the UI behaviour, adding available Payment methods, and adjusting branding options to provide your Customers with a seamless and smooth payment experience.
Ensure to set up your API key to securely connect with our platform and generate a Webhook to receive real-time event notifications. It is a significant point to-do, allowing you to integrate your services with the payment system.
If you need to store and collect Merchant data for further analysis, you are allowed to create different Lists in our system based on your needs. Two possible options for adding a Merchant to a List are at hand.
