Review General settings

General settings of a Merchant portal add-on include the basic information about the add-on and the added Merchants. It serves as a main overview page that allows you to grasp the needed details and track the connected Merchant accounts based on your current needs.

Examine the General settings

  1. Click Administration on the left side of the main page.
  2. Go to the Add-ons tab. Select the Merchant portal and click it. The system redirects you to the respective page.
  3. Then, navigate to the Configuration page by clicking it in the left sidebar menu. The system redirects you to the General settings tab.
  4. You can review information about:
  • The Portal info block includes the Portal status and details about who created it and when.
  • The Merchant accounts block shows the available accounts with the open access to the Merchant portal.
  • The Administration settings block includes the system details regarding the Portal.
  1. To review the whole list of Merchant accounts with access to the Merchant portal, click View all.
