Connect a Provider:

Set up Account

  1. To initiate a setup procedure, navigate to the NeonPay website.
  2. Click Get started on the main page.
  3. Fill in the request form.
  4. Click Submit Form. The support team should reach out to you shortly and address the request.

Connect NeonPay on our Dashboard

  1. To connect NeonPay, navigate to a Payment Hub and click New connection.
  2. The system redirects you to the catalogue of available Providers. From the list of Providers, select NeonPay. Click Connect.
  3. Navigate to the Credentials tab and fill in the following fields: Client key and Client password.
  4. Ensure the Auth toggle is switched off. It enhances the processing for this particular Provider.
  5. Click I confirm that those are live/test credentials and move to the Next step.
  1. Select the Currency from the combo box. If you select multiple Currencies, it should create a separate Provider account for each Currency.
  2. Then, click Connect.
